We use Supabase as our database and authentication service. The database is hosted in Frankfurt (EU). The following data is stored:

— Access requests: first name, last name, email, company, role, group size preference, message

— Ticket purchases (via Pretix): name, email, ticket status, order code

— App usage: profile information you voluntarily provide (photo, bio, LinkedIn URL, dietary preferences)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

When you submit an access request through our form, your information (first name, last name, email, company, role, group size, optional message) is stored in our database and used to process your request.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Your data will be deleted once the purpose of storage no longer applies, but no later than 12 months after the event, unless you consent to further storage.

For sending our newsletter we use:

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored by Brevo and used to send information about Wine&Design. You can unsubscribe at any time — a corresponding link is included in every newsletter.

We use Pretix for ticket sales. When purchasing a ticket, your name, email address and payment information are processed. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider integrated by Pretix.

This website uses fonts from Google Fonts, which are loaded from Google servers. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process.
