When do I need to decide?

Exhibitors for the 2026 edition will be curated by June 30, 2026, at the latest. Early bookings get priority on positioning and scheduling.

Is the guest list available after the event?

Yes — GDPR-compliant. Each guest chooses at registration whether to be available for follow-up. Experience: over 80% opt in.

Can I bring my own booth design?

No. Visual consistency is fundamental to the format. You bring products, samples, and communication materials — we provide the stage. Full briefing after booking.

How many exhibitors maximum?

8. More would dilute the density of conversations.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation up to 8 weeks before event: 50% refund. After: no refund, but transfer to Edition 2027 is possible.
