For strategic partners
Three days where 50 decision-makers experience your brand — rather than just see it.
Wine&Design creates a space where architects, designers and planners of the DACH region come together. For brands that want to reach this audience through experience rather than advertising, there are three ways to become part of it.
Architects are multipliers.
An architect makes hundreds of product decisions per project. An interior designer specifies six-figure interiors for hospitality clients year after year. A senior planner shapes over decades which brands end up in offices, hotels, and homes.
When one of these people associates your brand with a positive moment — a conversation, an experience, a glass of wine at the end of a long day — it works differently than any advertisement.
Wine&Design brings 50 of these people to one place. And creates the setting in which your brand can become part of that moment.
Are you looking for presence with your own station?
If you have products, materials, or surfaces to physically show, the Partner page is the right place — you'll find three exhibitor packages there. Partner page
This page is about a different form of involvement: sponsorship. You become part of the format without a presentation station. In return, you gain strategic visibility that extends beyond the three days.
Three Ways to Participate
Depending on your positioning and audience interest, there are three distinct sponsorship formats. All three are limited — because exclusivity is part of the format.
Presenting Sponsor
One-per-edition · Individual
The highest form of partnership. One slot per year. Your brand becomes a co-defining element of the event: Wine&Design 2026, presented by [your brand].
- Co-defining status on all communication materials over 12 months
- Presence in the event name and every press release
- Opening statement on Friday evening (5 minutes)
- Dedicated content production: 1 video case study, 2 LinkedIn thought pieces, photo series
- Strategic framework conversation for 2027 partnership
Geeignet für
Premium brands from the extended architecture and design environment that want to use Wine&Design as a long-term strategic platform.
Experience Sponsor
Max. 3 per edition · Individual
You take ownership of a defined experience moment and become part of the Wine&Design story. This is not a logo on a banner — it's a designed moment that remains linked to your brand.
Three possible moments — one per day:
The Welcome
Your brand hosts Friday evening. The first shared moment of the event — arrival, first conversations, the tone for the days ahead. A first impression that stays.
The Forum
Your brand frames the main day: keynotes, roundtables, exhibition, wine tasting and live cooking — the day where knowledge, material and indulgence converge. The heart of the event.
The Morning
Your brand shapes the Sunday business breakfast — the final shared moment where conversations turn into projects.
Included per format:
- Brand presence in the chosen experience moment
- Integration into official event communication
- Social media feature and post-event report
- Professionally produced photo series, usable on your own channels
Geeignet für

Media & Institutional Partner
Curated · Value-exchange basis
Sponsorship isn't always cash. For media, trade magazines, associations and institutions that contribute editorially or structurally to the Wine&Design community, there is a partnership format based on mutual exchange.
Examples of exchange:
- Editorial coverage before and after the event
- Integration into association newsletters or member communications
- Visibility in relevant trade press
What you get:
- Recognition as media partner on all communication materials
- Accreditation for 2 editors with full event access
- Exclusive conversations with exhibitors and speakers
- Access to image material and press texts

Why we don't work with logo placement.
A logo on a banner leaves no impression. A brand that shapes a moment does.
That's why we work differently with sponsors than classical events: we don't sell ad space, we curate contributions. Every sponsorship is developed individually with you — so that your brand becomes visible without disrupting the atmosphere that defines Wine&Design.
This also means: we sometimes say no to inquiries when the fit isn't right. That's not arrogance — it's quality assurance, for you and for our guests.
Let's talk.
Sponsorship decisions are more individual than exhibitor packages. That's why we handle every conversation personally — to understand which form of partnership really fits.
